Happy New Year!

We made it to 2025! I'm so excited for this year, and really for no particular reason, other than it feels good! 2024 had some really beautiful moments and amazing experiences, but overall it just had a heaviness and not so great vibe for me. I can't explain it becuase, again, there were so many great things and I had tremendous growth as a person, mom, and believer. My spritual journey really blossomed and there was a lot of neuroplasticity in the best way. This is probably the reason I'm choosing to enter 2025 with such a good feeling about it. I shared on my socials that 2024 was the year of growth, and now 2025 is going to be the glow up. Do you feel like this too!? This is the first time in my 37 years that I want to focus on me, which is kind of sad, but I've always been the people pleasing yes girl. Not that I wont still have a part of me like this, but I really want to fill my own cup and honor myself better. I hope this for you as well! I have goals and "resolutions" for the year, but I also have a word. My word is: Implement. I want to take all of the growth and mindset changes to take action on the things I really want. If you had to choose a word for the year, what would it be? Do you do the whole vision board thing? I'm sure it wont surprise you that I do :) I actually just removed some things and updated my 2024 board this year! If you made one and didn't manifest everything on it, thats okay! This just leaves room to evaluate your desires and maybe change some things up to refocus! As promised, I'm going to get back to sharing my newsletter and I really hope you enjoy them!
