FREE hospital bag/baby bag checklist for L&D

Here's a simple hospital/baby bag checklist for your baby boy or girl!

(Obviously I considered my husband, but he's not the checklist type of guy and will probably throw clothes and hygiene products in a grocery bag and call it good lol) #dadlife

Depending on where you are delivering, most hospitals provide the post partum essentials for both mom and baby, but in my experience, it's totally worth packing some of your favorite things to feel as comfortable as possible after labor & delivery! I'll share my lists below, but be sure to customize them to fit your needs! Hope this helps!! Feel free to message me with any questions :)

My hospital bag:

-comfy clothes/socks/slippers/robe

-nursing bras/nursing pads/nipple cream (small nipple shield if needed)

-hygiene products/makeup/hair goods

-pillow & blanket (like mentioned, worth packing for me!)

-tumbler/water cup, chapstick/lip balm, liquid IV

-heating pad (game changer for me the second (& 3rd) time around!

-portable fan

-sound machine

-ear buds/headphones, bluetooth speaker

-long charger (or portable)/phone/purse

-going home outfit/pp undies

-extras: gum/mints, essential oil roller (possible nausea relief), snacks!!

Baby's bag:

-sleepers

-swaddles

-announcement outfit/hat

-baby book (for first foot/hand prints)!

-nursing pillow

-shusher

-car seat
